We have available various options using microscopy for the investigation of fractures so as to ensure that we can provide holistic investigation of the fracture or crack area. 

In damage analysis the determination of the type of fracture, for example, breakage due to applied force or vibration, is of particular interest. It is then possible to draw conclusions as to the cause of the fracture.
